Lazy Sundays...

Nothing to do on a Sunday but watch Harold & Kumar Go To Whitecastle. Then I tried to take care of all these last minute errands before I leave the city. In 4 short days, I will be on my way to Paris. I think I am a little too excited. I am also starting to feel the pressure mount.
Went to see some friends at Tsubi, Fred likes to sit at the laptop and play to much Morrissey. "Make it funky, make it funky" I complain. I think I don't want to hear anymore Morrissey unless its out of his mouth personally. Its overkill! Peter is a nice Aussie who finally gets to see the sun for a month at Bondi Beach. I envy this man. We decided we when get back from our travels that I will get him a girlfriend. So ladies if you see this, and you like him, holler at me & I will hook it up. He's in the shot with Fred. (the chocolate face) Its a terrible joke. Go see Borat.
My friend Robin is still visiting from Thanksgiving so we had to meet up. I miss her. She brought her younger brother Scott. He is so nice and I think about all the times she probably tortured him as a young one. Sweet and Vicious for the usual pint and a shot, and then Angel's Share for amazing yakitori. I ran into everyone on the street yesterday and it was just one of those perfect sunny freakishly warm New York Sundays.

My favorite new video....

Amy WInehouse is incredible. Her voice is insane. Ghostface Killah did a remix to this and its outta hand.

You can hear Ghostface's version ici. http://xxlmag.com/online/?p=6349

Faggotry In Motion

Some children just have to much time on their hands.

Valley Opening Afterparty

It was at Home Sweet Home. Liz, Sylvia, Jules, Roxy, and the rest of the usual suspects were there. Language played and we all enjoyed.

Saturday night @ Savalas.

Luka aka Drop The Lime had a birthday! It turned into rave in James' little bar. I was impressed. Lots of friends turned up to work it out. I was in bed by 2am. Which is phenomenal for me. I danced myself to sleep.

Thanksgiving Orphans.

Its not always fun being separated from your family for holidays, yet it does save the " What are you doing with your life" Q & A's of guilt parents often give. I went to Timo and Aki's home for Thanksgiving supper. They live next door to Estrella and Robbi in Bushwick. Anton came too. He is from Oahu so to be alone in a dorm room would be awful. It was great, we all made something yummy. I made the bacon wrapped shallots again. Estrella made sweet potatoes with organic marshmallows.
After the food coma set in, out came the hard liquour and we had a rave. I had no idea how hardcore Timo was about drum and bass. Holy! So we danced maniacally and then when we could no longer take it. We put on Pee Wee's Big Adventure and fell asleep. A fantastic Thanksgiving all around.
